Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly Return or Exchange items within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us at info@goodkarmajewels.com to initiate the process.

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Please note that the shipping costs for a return or exchange are charged to the customer. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and taxes imposed by the customs department of your country upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of records and is responsible for all import taxes, in addition to complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Good Karma does not collect duties and taxes and can not provide any information on the cost of the duty and taxes.
